Technology and Manufacturing process

The latest generation technology is used in the recycling process which allows for the extraction of perfectly “clean” products, free from impurities.

The recycling process consists in mechanically grinding the tyres and separating their components: vulcanised rubber, steel and textile fibres.

To achieve this, the plant has a production line of state of the art grinders and special mills, equipped with screening facilities, magnetic separators and fibre extractors that meet the most stringent market requirements.

The installation also has a complementary system that allows rubber particles of certain sizes to be cryogenized to obtain a very fine and uniform powder for use in the chemical industry.
