In 2001, as a result of many years experience in the transport sector, CGC Tranportes Terrestres was founded as a operator for national and international transport specialising in bulk, general cargos and multimodal solutions.

Although CGC Transportes Terrestres initially focused on coal, petcoke and biomass – CGC’s core products – its activity quickly extended to other sectors such as agriculture, construction and the steel industry, which significantly increased the tonnage transported.

Thanks to its considerable experience and the volume of traffic handled annually, CGC Transportes Terrestres is able to provide complete made-to-measure services to meet the demands of its clients both in mass transport and one off cargos.

In collaboration with Box Marine – and taking advantage of its four offices strategically located in Madrid, Jerez de la Frontera, Valencia and Gijón – CGC Transportes Terrestres can offer complete integrated terrestrial-marine logistic solutions to its clients.

It is also fully authorised as a multimodal transport operator and as Safety Advisor for Dangerous Merchandise.
